Jennifer Quehl, RMT

Jennifer is originally from Ontario, but after coming to British Columbia in the summer of 2005 to work with NHL hockey players during their pre-season, she quickly made North Vancouver her home. Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005 specializing in sport massage therapy and is also an ART provider. During her career she has worked with various athletes including members of the NHL, Canadian National women’s rugby team, professional body builders, power lifters, BMX/Downhill/Cross Country mountain bikers, triathletes and many more. Aside from treating athletes Jennifer has worked with those living with neurological conditions, pre/post natal, those who have sustained injuries from accidents and terminally ill patients. Prior to becoming an RMT Jennifer worked as a personal trainer, fitness trainer and conditioning coach.

Jennifer has also treated at various world events including Ironman Canada, BMX world championships and PGA qualifiers.

Jennifer brings something very unique to her practice. In 2007 Jennifer took on a new career becoming an emergency response worker. Jennifer has a first hand understanding as to what shift work, critical instances and other field stresses bring to the body and mind.

Outside of Jennifer’s professions, she is also an active and competitive person. Jennifer was a competitive triathlete placing 3rd in her age category in the Subaru World Triathlon Series in 2002. She enjoys boxing, participating in Crossfit, rock climbing, kayaking, volleyball, SCUBA diving, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and riding motorcycles. Jennifer has recently trekked to Everest Base Camp and has many more adventures planned!

Jennifer is a very passionate, professional and talented health care provider and is eager to help those looking to get back to their sport, lifestyle, prevent injuries or those wanting to maintain good health.
